FROM THE NORTH:

Take I-295 S to Exit 6A, Forest Avenue South. This is the second Forest Avenue exit. Stay in the right lane on Forest Avenue, past the underpass for I-295 and past the exit onto I-295 North. Bear right and follow signs to Route 77 South. As you make your way through Deering Oaks, the pond is to the right. Take right at next traffic onto Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue past the Exposition Building, then Hadlock Field - the Sea Dogs Stadium. 295 Park Avenue is on the right just past Hadlock field.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Take I-295 N to Exit 5, Congress Street (Rt. 22 East). Continue on this one-way section of Congress Street in the left lane. Pass over the railroad tracks and take a left onto St. John Street. Continue on St. John Street, past McDonald's on your left and Sullivan Tire on your right. Get in right lane and at traffic light turn right onto Park Avenue. Drive a few yards and make a left turn across the street to 295 Park Avenue next to Hadlock Field - Sea Dogs Stadium.

FROM THE WEST - ROUTE 25

Follow Forest Avenue East toward downtown Portland. After the underpass for I-295, get in right lane and bear right following the signs for Rt. 77 South. As you make your way through Deering Oaks, the pond is to the right. At the next traffic light, take a right onto Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue past the Exposition Building, then Hadlock Field - the Sea Dogs Stadium. 295 Park Avenue is on your right next to Hadlock Field.

FROM THE TURNPIKE - NORTH

Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) south to Exit 45 which is the South Portland exit at the Maine Mall. Take the Interstate 295 exit after the toll booth; continue on I-295 north to Exit 5, Congress Street (Rt. 22 East). Continue on this one-way section of Congress Street in the left lane. Pass over the railroad tracks and take a left onto St. John Street. Get in right lane and continue on St. John Street, past McDonald's on your left and Sullivan Tire on your right. At the traffic light, turn right onto Park Avenue. Drive a few yards and make a left turn across the street to 295 Park Avenue next to Hadlock Field - the Sea Dogs Stadium.
